Job Description
- As a Customer Account Manager at Netplus Broadband, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and handling collections efficiently. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any account-related issues promptly. Proficiency in using accounting software and the MS Office Suite will be advantageous in performing your duties efficiently. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for this position. Previous experience in the telecommunication or broadband industry would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
