Job Description

As a Solution Architect in the Telecom domain, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that seamlessly integrate with BSS/OSS systems. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing telecom portals, leading solution architecture for Java-based enterprise applications and microservices, as well as collaborating with various teams for end-to-end delivery.

You will be expected to design and implement telecom portals such as self-care, order tracking, and ticketing. Additionally, you will lead the solution architecture for Java-based enterprise applications and microservices, ensuring integration with BSS/OSS systems including CRM, Order Management, Inventory, and Billing. Creating system architecture documents, API specifications, and technical workflows will be part of your routine tasks.
Collaboration with UI/UX, development, and DevOps teams is essential to ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the solutions you design. Furthermore, your role will involve active participation in client discussions, requirement gathering, and technical workshops.

To excel in this role, you should possess at least 8 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs, with a minimum of 3 years in an architecture/design role within the telecom domain. Hands-on experience in portal development for web and mobile platforms is crucial, along with a strong understanding of BSS/OSS workflows and TM Forum standards. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure/AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes will be advantageous, and excellent communication and client-facing skills are a must.
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and understanding of identity platforms such as Azure AD B2C and SSO are considered nice-to-have skills that can further enhance your capabilities in this role.,
