Job Description
Possess Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer science discipline.
. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
. Training skills an advantage, as there will be a need to demo functionality and share knowledge to teams.
Possess a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in performance, scalability & reliability testing using automation tools - preferably Oracle Application Testing Suite / Load Runner / JMeter / similar load testing tools.
. Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
. Ability to prioritize work based upon continuous new input and changing business needs. Must be proactive in problem solving.
. Experience in cloud technology testing

. Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and scripting languages (Unix shell scripting, perl, java programming) an added advantage.
. Work experience with large cross functional teams.
. Ability to work independently and meet objectives within release timeframe.
. Experience in doing load testing for Siebel CRM product is an added advantage
