Business Development Associate

Netsynk Inc a leading staffing services company specializing in Staffing Consulting which includes, Temporary Labor, Permanent and Executive Search and Statement of Work. We support our clients in the areas of Technology, Engineering and Healthcare. We are headquartered in the Chicagoland but are able to service our clients in the North America geography.

We are looking for an Associate Business Development Executive. The ideal person would have a quest to hunt for new business through a process of sourcing and identifying leads after extensive research. A hunger to chase and close new business via cold calls and inbound warm leads. This role is for a fresh graduate or individuals with 1-year maximum experience, looking to make a career in the area of Business Development. The role requires individuals to work from 7 PM- 4 AM IST

Responsibilities

Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, via existing tools.

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Finding and developing new clients and improving sales.

Attending or scheduling meetings for conferences, meetings, and industry events, as and when required.

Developing quotes, bids, request for information, quotes and proposals for clients.

Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals, capability documents, etc.

Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.

Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Willing to Work in Night Shift India hours.
