Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive/Manager, located in Zirakpur The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the companys training and certification services. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. The position requires effective communication and strategic planning skills to drive success in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and achieving sales KPIs
• Ability to plan strategically and execute sales strategies effectively
• Familiarity with technology training and certification services is an advantage
• Proven track record in business development or sales roles
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of the IT industry and its trends will be considered a plus
