Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Manager :
Experience

- 2+yrs

- Social media plus on ground marketing experience.
Scope of Responsibilities

- Social Media: Plan and execute content calendars, manage daily posting across platforms, coordinate with the creative team for shoots, and oversee production of visual and video assets.

- Shoot & Production: Handle end-to-end coordination of campaign and day-to-day content shoots, including conceptualization, scheduling, crew management (photographers, stylists, videographers, models), and ensure timely post-production.

- PR & Press: Coordinate with external PR teams and media houses for coverage, press releases, and collaborations, maintaining consistent alignment with brand messaging.

- Influencer & Community Relations: Identify, invite, and manage influencers, tastemakers, and brand friends for launches, events, and campaigns to build visibility and generate organic buzz.

- Programming & Promotions: Strategize and execute promotional initiatives around specific time-based assets (e.g., breakfast, lunch, golden hours), ensuring amplification across social media, PR, and influencer touchpoints.
Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to both digital and on-ground activations.

- Proven experience in managing social media campaigns and brand events.

- Strong creative and communication skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or retail sectors will be an added advantage
