Job Description

    The Sales Manager for Import & Export (Freight Forwarding) role based in Dwarka, New Delhi, requires a results-driven individual with over 5-10 years of experience in import and export sales, particularly within the manufacturing sector. As the Sales Manager, you will leverage your sharp business acumen, extensive client network, and strategic lead generation skills to boost revenue growth through effective relationship management.
    Your main responsibilities will include spearheading sales and business development efforts for import/export services, with a primary focus on engaging manufacturing clients spanning various industries. You will be tasked with identifying new business prospects via networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals, while also nurturing enduring relationships with manufacturers, exporters, and importers. Maintaining a robust sales pipeline, monitoring performance metrics against set targets, and delivering tailored proposals and pricing strategies to address client requirements will be key to your success in this role.
    To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field, along with a proven track record of 5-10 years in import/export sales, especially within the manufacturing domain. Your ability to harness an established industry network, drive lead generation, secure deals, and expand business portfolios will be crucial. Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities are essential, as well as a self-motivated and target-oriented approach to working independently.
