Job Title: Trade Operations Analyst
Location:Gurgaon(5 days WFO)
Work Timing: 1PM- 10 PM or 2PM - 11PM(UK shift)
Notice Period: Immediate or 30 days only
About the Role:
The Trade Operations Analyst will work closely with senior members of the Portfolio Operations and Client Service teams to support the firms clients through seamless investment execution. This role involves handling multi-asset class transactions, including cash management, mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity funds.
As a key stakeholder in investment execution, the analyst must demonstrate strong attention to detail, adherence to policies and procedures, and commitment to timely, accurate trade completion. The position offers broad exposure within the Global Client Operations Team

Key Responsibilities-
Client Investment Execution
- Support the Client Service Team in implementing approved client portfolio actions.
- Prepare complete and accurate investment documentation for client execution (e.g., alternative investment legal documents, brokerage applications).
- Set up wire transfers for funding obligations (capital calls and other cash movements).
- Liaise directly with custodians, fund administrators, and other service providers to ensure accurate and timely execution of client investments.
- Monitor and respond to AML/KYC requirements related to alternative investment transactions.
- Record and track all transactions accurately in in-house systems.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to client teams on all execution-related inquiries and requests.
- Assist with the collection, verification, and maintenance of client files (e.g., AML/KYC documentation).
- Support the operational management of multi-asset class pooled vehicles by preparing trade instructions and investment execution documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to evolving business needs.

Qualifications & Attributes
- Education: Bachelors degree (mandatory).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of work experience; prior experience in investment or trade operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and experience managing large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, accountability, and teamwork mindset.
