What youll do & how youll make your mark

At Acquisio - NewFold, the developer is involved in software development in an Agile environment, with the development languages advocated by the program (Java, .Net, C#, TypeScript (mainly Angular). To do this they must ensure the delivery of stable and quality functionalities (called stories). They also participate in all stages of software development, from design to delivery and production, support, including test automation and development of monitoring and support tools. They must be sure to communicate and deliver functionalities (Script SQL, configuration change, action post deployment, etc.).

In addition, they must meet established quality standards and assist in the continuous improvement of current code base, following the Scouts motto: Always leave the place cleaner than when you arrived. They must also keep updating/creating basic relevant documentation in order to easily understand the code.

Who you are & what youll need to succeed

The developer must also participate in the organization of the workload of the development team (called Velocity Center). They have a duty to communicate unexpected problems and address them during a Sprint as a team. They must keep in mind the customers needs, to ensure that the features are easy to use and error-free.

• Develop tests for future rapid regression of the features
• Develop tools to support functionality and be proactive in detecting problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD and cloud environments (Jenkins)
