Business Analysts with 5+ years of experience who can effectively translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to drive requirement analysis, solution design, and successful delivery.
The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and support the delivery of high-quality digital or product solutions.
Key Expectations:
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and process documentation
- Ability to convert business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Hands-on exposure to Agile / SDLC environments
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and technology teams
- Mandatory experience in Banking domain
- Strong exposure to Lending business (Retail, MSME, Agri, CLOS)
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech + MBA
