The Business Analyst is a vital role tasked with driving innovation and excellence in Account Opening and Retail Loan Origination Systems. This position requires strategic leadership, comprehensive management of the bid process, and the delivery of transformative solutions from a Centre of Excellence perspective. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to advance Newgens product portfolio, ensuring that solutions align with industry standards and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in BFSI, particularly in account opening solutions and Lending
- Provide thought leadership and take full ownership of the bid process, offering strategic guidance from a Centre of Excellence perspective.
- Collaborate seamlessly with both onsite and offshore teams to ensure effective bid management and solution delivery.
- Actively participate in bid defence demonstrations, preparing persuasive decks and enhancing demos to highlight the value of proposed solutions.
- Proactively position Newgens solutions in the marketplace by leveraging in-depth industry/domain expertise and business acumen.
- Design and enhance retail banking products by incorporating new features and emerging technologies, ensuring relevance and competitiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise product quality and user experience.
- Conduct proof of concepts to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of proposed solutions to clients.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive industry/domain experience in retail banking, account opening, and loan origination systems.
- Proven experience in leading bids, managing end-to-end solution delivery, and coordinating with diverse teams.

- Proficiency in creating business presentations and conducting impactful product demonstrations.

- Solid understanding of emerging technologies relevant to retail banking solutions.
