The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven leader to build and scale a proactive, insight-led solution proposal capability for a ServiceNow consultancy. This individual will transform delivery intelligence, customer usage patterns, and market signals into compelling, value driven proposals that create expansion revenue and deepen strategic client partnerships. Unlike reactive RFP response roles, this leader will proactively identify opportunity whitespace across our installed base and target accounts, working across Delivery, Solutions, Sales, and Industry teams to shape and position high-impact solution proposals. This role requires strong commercial instincts, the ability to translate operational insight into executive narratives, and the credibility to influence cross-functional teams.

What you will be doing

Lead the Proactive Proposal Engine

  • Establish a structured framework for identifying proactive opportunity signals from delivery engagements.
  • Create repeatable processes for converting delivery insights into commercially viable solution proposals.
  • Implement governance, intake, prioritization, and review mechanisms.
  • Achieve KPIs tied to proactive proposals, # of proposals, ACV bookings, win rate, revenue (goal is deliver 120+ proactive proposals this year)

Drive Insight Identification & Opportunity Shaping

  • Partner with delivery, sales and consulting leaders to identify repeated friction patterns, adoption gaps, process inefficiencies, underutilized platform capabilities, and AI automation opportunities.
  • Execute a weekly process these harvest ideas and translate this insight into business risk, value realization and quantified business benefits

    Develop executive-ready narratives grounded in measurable business outcomes.

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Orchestration and Execution

  • Work across Delivery Teams, Solution Consultants, Industry Leads, Sales / Account Executives, and Pre-Sales Architects.
  • Ensure proposals are technically feasible, commercially structured, and strategically aligned.
  • Ensure proper tracking, tagging and attribution in sales forecasting system, ensuring data is up to date on a weekly basis.
  • Identify execution gaps and propose strategies to ensure consistent idea generation (min 10+/week) and proposal development (min 5+/week).
