Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Field Sales Manager located in Madhya Pradesh & Chattisgarh. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research. The role involves frequent travel to meet clients, negotiate sales contracts, and provide customer support where necessary. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to increase market share.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, and authorized dealers to promote and sell the companys medical device portfolio.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, surgeons, purchase heads, and distributors to drive business growth.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits.
- Confidently address product-related queries and provide effective pre- and post-sales support.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, and provide accurate and timely reports to the Regional Manager.
- Collect and relay market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing activities, training programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Strategically oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned territory, ensuring consistent growth in market share and revenue.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans in alignment with organizational objectives and market dynamics.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, physicians, purchase heads, and institutional decision-makers.
- Drive product awareness through impactful presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and participation in medical conferences and workshops.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable insights to inform business strategy and product positioning.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, customer interactions, and market developments to regional and national leadership.
- Gather structured feedback from clients to support product improvements and innovation.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to conduct effective market research and analyze trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the medical devices industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently
