Rolespecific skillsets:
- To independently perform audit of mutualfund, PMS entities, Funds etc. The candidate should have working / practicalknowledge about operation of certain service industry of BFSI segment such asPMS, MF, Offshore funds etc. He /She should have ability to apply the samewhile conducting audits.
- The candidate should have the ability toanalyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able soundjudgments based on this information.
- He / She should have good oral andwritten communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, leadershipand people management skills.
- Business understanding, systems andcomputer skills are required. Accuracy and the ability to handle responsibilitywith limited supervision are important.
- He / she should not have majorconstraint for travelling outstation.
- He / She should be in a position to leadthe team of at least 4-5 juniors under him and guide them. Also may have toreport to partner directly

- Vital - Experience in Financial Servicesector, Bank & Financial Institutions, Ledger scrutiny, Client Facing,Account Payable Experience with MNC / Bank / FI, TDS knowledge, GST expertise,Audit Management, Team management, Designing MIS.
- Essential - Process Skills, CAATS,Transaction processing, Leadership, Research Ability, Analytical Ability,Ariba, Oracle, Concur.
