Senior Management Accountant

What role you will play in team: Lead and supervise a team of management accountants, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of management reports and financial analysis.

What you will do: You will oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, conduct cost analysis and provide financial support to various departments.

Key responsibility:

• Supervise and mentor a team of management accountants.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements.
• Conduct cost analysis, identify cost savings opportunities, and prepare cost reports.
• Prepare and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide financial support and analysis to various business units.
  
• Develop and implement financial processes and controls.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Chartered Accountancy (CA) or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in management accounting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Expertise in cost accounting principles and techniques.
