Job Description

The ideal candidate for the Senior Zoho Developer position at Nexgentek should be a highly experienced and driven individual with a proven track record in designing, developing, and optimizing applications within the Zoho One ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, spearheading complex customizations and integrations, and ensuring the implementation of best practices across the team. If you are passionate about leveraging Zoho to drive efficiency, innovation, and business transformation, we are looking forward to hearing from you.

Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and customizing applications within the Zoho One suite, such as CRM, Creator, Books, Recruit, People, Desk, Analytics, and Projects. You will also be tasked with architecting and implementing scalable solutions, workflows, and automations tailored to business needs, creating and optimizing Blueprints, Deluge scripts, APIs, and third-party integrations, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Zoho solutions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and security across all Zoho applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated with Zoho platform updates and emerging technologies to strategically apply them to projects.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 6+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho application development and customization, expertise in Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, CRM customization, workflows, and blueprints, as well as proven experience in system integrations using Zoho APIs and third-party tools. A strong understanding of database structures, application design, and cloud-based SaaS environments is essential, along with the ability to architect scalable solutions and optimize performance across Zoho apps. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams, are also required.

Nice-to-have qualifications include Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Creator Certified Developer), experience with ERP, CRM, finance, or business process automation projects, and familiarity with other SaaS platforms and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, Workato).
