Job Description
Our client is India’s 1st first Non-Banking Trusteeship company to be registered with SEBI as a Debenture Trustee.
In a span of 25 years, they have multifold our client list and not only have the largest trusteeship team in India but have evolved our reputation as one of the former & and leading trusteeship companies in India.
They are seeking a dynamic and skilled in Operations & Compliance to join their team. This role will focus on driving business growth while managing end-to-end operations and compliances. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong client-facing capabilities, a deep understanding of corporate laws, and business development acumen.
A - Corporate Service Provider
1. Company / Foundation / Holding Company
Business Setup: We assist clients in establishing various types of entities including Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), Branch Offices, and Free Zone Companies.
Corporate Compliance: Ensuring that the registered entity complies with regulations and ongoing compliance requirements.
2. Helping Clients with Setting Up Entities such as SFO, Holding Companies, Prescribed Companies, etc.
Single Family Offices (SFO): Assisting families in setting up and managing SFOs to oversee family wealth, investments and succession planning.
Holding Companies: Facilitating the establishment of holding companies for asset protection and to streamline ownership structures.
Prescribed Companies: Providing guidance on the specific requirements for setting up prescribed companies which have unique considerations.
3. Acting as Registered Agents
Registered Agent Services: Acting as the registered agent for DIFC entities, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations and handling communication with authorities.4. Providing Registered Office, Mailbox & Similar Administrative Services
Registered Office Services: Offering a registered office address in the DIFC to meet regulatory requirements.
Mailbox Services: Providing mailbox services for the receipt and forwarding of correspondence.
Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks, including document management and record-keeping.
5. Corporate Services (Acting as Director or Company Secretary)
Corporate Governance: Acting as a director or company secretary to provide oversight and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
Meeting Management: Organizing and facilitating board meetings, including preparing minutes and maintaining corporate records.
Mandatory Filings: Handling all necessary filings and documentation to maintain the companys good standing.
B - Family Office
1. Assisting Clients with Setting Up Foundations
Foundation Establishment

Drafting Foundation Documents: Assisting in the preparation of foundation charters and bylaws to align with the clients objectives.
Ongoing Management: Providing administrative support for the ongoing management of the foundation.
2. Legacy & Succession Planning
Wealth Structuring: Advising families and individuals on the optimal structuring of their wealth to ensure long-term preservation and growth.
Business Succession Planning: Developing tailored succession plans to ensure a smooth transition of business leadership and ownership.
3. Providing Advice to Families and Individuals on Wealth Structuring and Business Succession Planning
Tailored Solutions: Offering personalized advice based on the specific needs and circumstances of families and individuals, including the use of trusts and other vehicles for wealth management.
Legal Framework: Ensuring that all wealth structuring solutions comply with relevant legal frameworks.
4. Assisting Clients with DIFC Wills
Will Drafting: Assisting clients in facilitating in preparation of Wills that comply with local regulations to ensure the distribution of assets according to the client’s wishes.
Will Registration: Facilitating the registration of wills with the DIFC Wills Registry for added legal protection.
