Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to lead client communications, coordinate with internal teams, and drive digital success across multiple projects. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, motivating the marketing team, assigning tasks, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — manage communication and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, SEO specialists, and developers to deliver campaigns on time.
• Plan, assign, and monitor
  
  daily marketing tasks using project management tools.
• Analyze performance reports (SEO, Ads, Social Media) and share insights for improvement.
• Work with the management to strategize campaigns, improve ROI, and maintain digital consistency.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the marketing team for quality output.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, tools, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of SEO, SMM, Meta & Google Ads, and WordPress basics.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.
