Senior AI Engineer

NextDimensionis seeking a passionate and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our core mission. We are a team of distinguished AI/ML Scientists and Engineers fromGoogle, Amazon, and Snowflake, dedicated to building the next generation of AI Agents that empower Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). As part of this team, you will collaborate with talented engineers to deliver highly scalable backend services for our world-class, AI-powered platform.

What Youll Do

• Architect and Implement:Architect, design, and implement the highly scalable backend services that power NextDimensions AI agents and platform features.
• Optimize and Scale:Improve the reliability, latency, and cost-efficiency of our AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solve Core LLM Challenges:Systematically address challenges inherent to working with large language models (e.g., high latency, output variance, security), fostering a defensive, fault-tolerant engineering mindset.
• Drive MLOps:Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models and services, implementing best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
• Collaborate on Product:Translate product requirements into robust, scalable software architectures in close collaboration with product management, founders, and clients.

Required Qualifications

• 
  Experienced Backend Engineer:You have 3+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale.
• Proven AI Application Builder:You have demonstrable, hands-on experience architecting and building applications from the ground up using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Langchain.
• Cloud & DevOps Native:Familiarity and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred). You have experience deploying services in cloud environments.
• Systems Designer:You have proven experience designing large-scale software systems and writing high-quality, production-grade code and tests. This includes handling error cases, asynchronous code, streaming data, caching, and robust logging/analytics.
• Vibe Coder:Experience with vibe/peer coding platforms such as Cursor, Lovable, etc.
• Proven Leader:Experience leading teams and/or technically complex projects in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent Communicator:You possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Agentic Frameworks:Hands-on experience with advanced agentic frameworks like LangGraph.
• Voice AI:Experience developing Voice Agents, including Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) integration.
