As a Sales & Marketing Intern at NexTech Minds, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

?School Visits : Actively engage in visiting schools across Maharashtra & Gujarat to promote NexTech Minds year-long STEM programs, curated books, and other products/services.

?Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through school visits, networking events, and other outreach activities.

?Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling presentations to school administrators, teachers, and parents, highlighting the unique value proposition of NexTech Minds offerings.

?Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers.

? Market Research : Gather market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.

? Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales activities, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications :

?Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed management college.

?Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

? Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build rapport and close deals.

? Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic.

?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

?Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
