As a Sales & Marketing Intern at NexTech Minds, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
? School Visits: Actively engage in visiting schools across Maharashtra to promote NexTech Minds' year-long STEM programs, curated books, and other products/services.
? Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through school visits, networking events, and other outreach activities.
? Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to school administrators, teachers, and parents, highlighting the unique value proposition of NexTech Minds' offerings.
? Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers.
? Market Research: Gather market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
? Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications :
? Currently pursuing a Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed management college.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
? Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build rapport and close deals.
? Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
? Passion for education and technology.
