Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web and mobile applications using ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js.

2. Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support platform functionalities.

3. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and data teams to deliver high-quality features.

4. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.

5. Implement security and compliance best practices (HIPAA, data privacy) in application development.

6. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across web and mobile platforms.

7. Stay updated with emerging web, mobile, and AI technologies, contributing to continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• Strong expertise in ReactJS (web) and React Native (mobile apps).

• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

• Hands-on experience with TypeScript for scalable application development.

• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or integrating AI/ML APIs.

• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of API design, authentication, and integrations.

• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, recommender systems) and ability to integrate AI-powered APIs.

• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Firebase, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Knowledge of FHIR standards, healthcare interoperability, or VBC programs.

• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into applications.

• Healthcare domain experience (EHR, claims, ADT, HIPAA compliance, etc.) is highly preferred.
