Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Technical Solution Architect to take charge of designing, integrating, and optimizing our supply chain systems, with a primary focus on Anaplan and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). In addition to possessing technical expertise in these platforms, this role requires a strategic mindset that can leverage industry best practices to ensure flexibility for future system changes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management solutions and the ability to steer our organization through technological transformations that enhance operational efficiency while aligning with our business objectives.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions utilizing platforms like Anaplan and OTM, ensuring architectures are flexible to accommodate potential system changes. The role also involves overseeing the integration of Anaplan and OTM with enterprise systems, evaluating and recommending new tools or upgrades, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align supply chain technologies with broader IT and digital transformation strategies. Furthermore, the Supply Chain Technical Solution Architect will provide guidance on industry best practices, build adaptable frameworks for future system changes, optimize processes, and engage with stakeholders across various departments.
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or technical solution architecture. Proficiency in Anaplan, OTM, ERP systems, cloud-based platforms, and advanced analytics tools is essential. Additionally, candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications include certifications in supply chain management, experience with digital transformation projects, familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, and a background in industries with complex supply chains.
