Position: Sales Development Representative
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full Time (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Client Identification: Research and identify potential clients in various industries who could benefit from our HR services.
Lead Generation: Utilize various channels (networking, social media, industry events, etc.) to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points, ensuring our services align with their goals.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve client acquisition targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for client acquisition.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to align client acquisition efforts with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.
Reporting: Track and report on client acquisition metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
English Proficiency.
- Strong understanding of HR services and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset
