Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, escalating when necessary
• Facilitate regular check-ins, team meetings, and progress reviews

• Prepare and present project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of project coordination or management experience
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Experience using GitHub project management tools and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of Metaverse concepts, virtual environments, and digital identity systems
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Comfort working in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments
• Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority
Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
