Positions Available: 3 (Domestic)
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years (At least 3+ years relevant experience)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Language Required: Hindi (Mandatory)
Industry: Any Sales Oriented with High ticket value
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted sales training programs aligned with industry standards.
• Design and manage onboarding programs and continuous learning modules.
• Deliver training through classroom, virtual, and experiential methods.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate training with business objectives.
  
• Monitor and assess training effectiveness using performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain high-quality training materials relevant to the industry.
• Lead and mentor the training team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  

Education
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Advanced degrees or professional certifications in training & development are preferred.
  

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years in sales training, with at least 3+ years in a senior role.
• Industry experience in Insurance, Automobile, or Financial Services is required.
