We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to join our dynamic DataIQ R&D Engineering team in Pune, focused on building scalable compliance solutions for financial markets. Take end-to-end ownership of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and automating the test cases. Also, engage with different stakeholders, product, and customers to align the feature with their requirements. The person will also be responsible for conducting scrum, driving team success, and more.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Balancing Technical Depth with Strategic Vision: Understanding the tech while also thinking long-term about architecture, scalability, and business alignment.
- Driving Innovation While Managing Risk: Encouraging experimentation and innovation without compromising stability, compliance, or delivery timelines.
- Building and Retaining High-Performing Teams: Hiring top talent and retaining and growing them in competitive markets.
- Communicating Across Technical and Non-Technical Stakeholders: Translating complex technical ideas into business value for executives and inspiring engineers with clarity and purpose.
- Navigating Organizational Politics and Influence: Making change happen often requires buy-in across departments, and not all decisions are purely technical.
- R&D Execution: Owning and maintaining 100% execution of R&D.
Key Technical Skills required include expertise in Frontend Development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, and Angular, Backend Development with .Netcore, .Net, C#, Java, Node, RESTful API Development, Authentication & Authorization, and more. Additionally, experience in Database Knowledge, AWS, monitoring tools, CI/CD, GenAI, AI-powered tools, requirement gathering, defect management, Actimize solutions, and more are preferred.
Qualifications:

- BS/MS in CS or equivalent degree
- 15+ years of experience in R&D engineering
- 3+ Years of experience as a Technical/Engineering Manager role
