Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Executive/ Assistant Manager: NICMAR Online

Function: Marketing and Communications

Location: Mumbai

Reports to position: Marketing Head

Team Management Role: No

Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive at NICMAR Online is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive student acquisition, and improve engagement with NICMAR Onlnines offerings.

Job Outline

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract prospective students.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring alignment with NICMAR On lines brand guidelines.
  • Support the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and digital marketing specialists to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Manage NICMAR On lines social media presence, including posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and promotional events aimed at engaging NICMAR On lines target audience.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accurate and efficient management of prospect and customer data.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to NICMAR On lines brand guidelines and compliance standards.

Job Specification

Knowledge/Education:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.

Specific Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker capable of contributing fresh ideas and solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Desirable Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, particularly within digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Experience in education or EdTech sector preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
