Omni Shopper Team member is considered as the Core team who are responsible to building Customized Databases based on client requirements by coordinating with corresponding teams accordingly during the several phases of setup. Omni Shopper is used to analyze the multi-channel data like Retailers & Online stores

  • Flexibility in shift timing and need to work over weekends
  • Requires Analytical thinking
  • Effective communication skills to clearly articulate the requirements/challenges to Tech and Ops team when any issue emerged
  • Proper documentation of Handover takeover
  • Constant monitoring of chats between Tech and Ops to provide timely support when needed

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field/Or Degree in Statistics/Maths and Data analytics
  • Strong Written and oral communication
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in working with software platforms
  • 2-3 years prior customer service organization experience

  • Demonstrate proficiency in technology platform mentor and coach associates to develop proficiency to support client delivery
