Job Overview
Youll be talking to new graduates and helping them find jobs by suggesting different training programs that can make them more employable.

• Market Understanding:Acquiring knowledge about the specific local market, potential candidates, and the overall environment (employment exchanges, external employers, informal job sectors, colleges, alumni network, and more).
• Enquiry Generation:Carry out various activities such as participating in job fairs, visiting colleges (to a certain extent), and connecting with the unorganized job sector in the local area and beyond.Effectively engage with recent graduates to generate potential leads.Build strong relationships with all parties involved to create a list of suitable candidates.Travel extensively to different places to find potential leads.Continuously grow the list of places by adding new ones each month.Manage the entire process of activities, including creating a list of suitable candidates, making a lot of phone calls to encourage people to attend, giving presentations, convincing them to join the course and pay for training, and persuading them to consider opportunities in sales roles
