Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Calling & Follow-Up: Engage with potential NIIT learners to communicate NIITs mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads, including:
- Interest Creation: Generate interest in NIITs programs.
- Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the benefits and features of NIITs offerings.
- Sales Closing: Convert leads into customers by closing sales.
- Post-Sales Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers after the sale.
- Continuous Communication: Maintain consistent communication with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes.
- Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of all interactions and communications with leads and customers.
Mandatory Skills:
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively engage in sales processes.
- Goal Orientation: Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Focus:Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on understanding and meeting customer needs.
