Job Title: Program Delivery Lead- Government & PSU

Experience: 15+ years

We at Coforge are hiring Program Delivery Lead-Banking with the following skillset:

Responsibilities: -

• Strong Program, Stakeholder & Communication Management
• Execution of 2+ Fixed Price (FPP) projects for Indian Govt/PSU, including O&M ownership
• Experience in Infra Setup / Support / NOC / SOC programs within India
• Excellent relationship management with Govt officials, OEMs, and partners
• Experience working in a matrix organization with a proactive, go‑getter attitude
• Strong understanding of P&L, revenue, margins, and cost management across FPP, T&M, and Managed Services

  Program planning, budgeting, risk & resource management
• Ensuring clear, up‑to‑date program documentation

Project exposure:

• 2–3 Govt/PSU projects with multi‑location FPP delivery (Applications, Infra, Licenses, OEM products)
• Understanding of the Govt/PSU ecosystem
• Delivery‑side support for pre‑bid and growth initiatives
