Who Youll Work With
This role partners closely with Nike Tech leaders, HR teammates across Global Technology and Asia Pacific, and managers at the India Technology Centre. Youll collaborate with Centers of Excellence and operations teams in a global matrix, building strong relationships to deliver people-first solutions that power Nikes technology ambitions.

Key Qualifications
- Open to work in India Technology Centre in Bengaluru
- 10 years of relevant HR experience in multicultural, matrixed organizations
- Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven ability to manage sizeable teams and partner with highly skilled demographics
- Deep expertise in at least one HR domain (Rewards, HR Transformation, Talent, Organization Development/Effectiveness)
- Wise, mature, resilient teammate with the ability to work with a multigenerational and multi-cultural set of stakeholders.
Youll partner with the HR Leader to set the game plan and drive priorities for the India Technology Centre. Youll coach leaders, shape organizational design, and deliver talent strategies that keep teams competitive and engaged.
