Job Description
- Own the product & business development roadmap.
- Executing new business development strategy aligned to organization goals & objectives
- Working closely with the sales team and jointly evolve the micro execution plan. Building excellent customer/ stakeholder relationship
- Actively take initiatives as per organizational objectives in the region. Provide active sales and market inputs to management.
- Represent the customer within business development.
- Develop positioning and differentiating product in the market.
- Communicate the proposition to sales (why customer should buy)
- Strong commercial acumen
- Be the expert on the market.
- Market visits to meet customers to understand the trend, customers needs and product response.
- Co-ordinating & completely support the operations / service teams for ensuring customer satisfaction
- Constantly improving on market information knowledge and discover new opportunities for growth
- Competency in MS office tools.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts to management.
KEY SKILLS:
- Preferred from Industry background of mechanical cleaning equipment or facility management.
- Good communication skills both written & spoken. Language spoken English, Hindi & local language.
- Decent command in excel & PPT is must.
- Candidate must be self-driven & willing to work from residence.
- Candidate should have his own vehicle two-wheeler/ car.
