Job Description

Position: Sales Manager

Location: Noida

Working Days: 6 days/week

Package:- Upto 60K

About the Role: -

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outbound Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive conversions, and achieve business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, a passion for sales, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Lead, manage, and motivate an outbound sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
  • Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements through regular coaching and feedback
  • Set clear performance expectations and ensure team alignment with business goals
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations effectively
  • Analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for business planning
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, pitch quality, and objection handling
  • Foster a high-performance culture with accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience

Key Requirements: -

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a target-driven or outbound sales environment
  • Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills
  • Ability to design and execute effective sales strategies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

Preferred Skills:-

  • Experience in BPO, tele-sales, or outbound call center environments
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
