Position: Sales Manager
Location: Noida
Working Days: 6 days/week
Package:- Upto 60K
About the Role: -
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outbound Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive conversions, and achieve business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, a passion for sales, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Lead, manage, and motivate an outbound sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
- Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements through regular coaching and feedback
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure team alignment with business goals
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations effectively
- Analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for business planning
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, pitch quality, and objection handling
- Foster a high-performance culture with accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience
Key Requirements: -
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a target-driven or outbound sales environment
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Ability to design and execute effective sales strategies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and performance reports
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high productivity and discipline
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and mentor team members to drive performance
- High level of ownership, accountability, and result-focus
