Job Description
- As an HR Executive in the software industry, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing various human resources functions within the organization. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can effectively support the HR department's strategic objectives.
We are looking for a Female Candidate with a preferred 1 year of experience in the HR field. The key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions, managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, facilitating new employee orientations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will also be responsible for assisting in the completion of paperwork, benefits enrollment, and introduction to company policies, addressing employee concerns, disputes, and grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture while resolving interpersonal issues.
Additionally, you will implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, collaborate with managers to set performance goals and provide feedback, administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, and prepare reports related to HR metrics and analytics. Identifying training needs within the organization, developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, and managing HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and personnel files are also part of this role.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR roles, preferably in the software industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in MS Office applications, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail and accuracy.,
