Job Description

You will be responsible for interacting with customers through both inbound and outbound calls, addressing their inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Additionally, you will be coordinating service appointments, test drives, and vehicle deliveries. Providing detailed information about Toyota vehicles, services, and promotions will also be a part of your role.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service histories will be crucial for effective data management. Furthermore, you will be expected to gather customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with sales and service departments is essential to ensure seamless customer experiences.
This position is full-time and permanent, suitable for freshers.
