Job Description
- You will be responsible for working as a Telecaller in our Night Shift Semi-Voice Process at Niralsoft, Madurai. Your main tasks will include interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate solutions or redirecting them as needed. This role requires good listening skills, basic English communication abilities, and a strong motivation to kick-start your career in the ITES/BPO sector.
The ideal candidate should hold any degree, be a fresher, possess basic English communication skills, excel in listening, and be comfortable working night shifts. The working hours for this position are from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays.
