Are you a finance leader who thrives on precision, speed, and control Nirvana Realty, one of Mumbais leading developers of villa townships, resort homes, and lifestyle communities, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to anchor our financial discipline and compliance excellence across group companies.

The CFO will oversee the entire financial ecosystem from budgets, MIS, and fund flows to compliance, taxation, and legal coordination. Youll work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure every project, transaction, and report reflects accuracy, foresight, and financial integrity

Cashflow & Budget Control: Monitor project-wise inflows/outflows and align funding with operational priorities.

Financial Planning: Forecast capital requirements, working capital cycles, and funding sources for both short- and long-term growth.

Compliance & Taxation: Oversee RERA, GST, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory filings across all Nirvana group entities.

Audit & Reporting: Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring transparency and timely submissions.

Legal & Risk Management: Vet development agreements, vendor contracts, and customer documentation; maintain legal trackers.

Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy of MIS data across departments; integrate finance data into Zoho/ERP for real-time control.

Strategic Support: Partner with leadership to assess financial health of projects and recommend corrective actions.

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) with 1220 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or hospitality sectors.

Strong grasp of taxation, compliance, and audit frameworks.

Strategic thinker with operational depth can connect numbers to outcomes.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive; known for catching what others miss.

Hands-on, ethical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led organization.

Competitive fixed salary plus performance-based variable component. Leadership-level autonomy and direct reporting to the CEO.

Mumbai (Head Office) with periodic travel to project locations across Maharashtra.
