CRM EXECUTIVE REAL ESTATE (CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT)
Location: Andheri West / Mumbai

We are expanding our CRM team and looking for energetic, detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with customers and managing post-sales operations.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a CRM Executive, you will be the main connection between Nirvana Realty and our customers after booking. Your role is to ensure smooth documentation, payment follow-ups, coordination with internal teams and a positive ownership experience.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, organization and customer handling.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Customer Communication & Relationship Handling
- Act as the single point of contact for customers after booking
- Handle customer queries related to payments, possession and documentation
- Maintain professional and timely communication
Documentation & Process Coordination
- Prepare welcome letters, demand letters and receipts
- Coordinate agreement process and home loan documentation
- Track customer files and approvals
Payment Follow-ups & Account Tracking
- Follow up on scheduled payments politely and professionally
- Coordinate with accounts team for receipt generation
- Maintain payment status reports
Internal Team Coordination
- Work closely with sales, finance, legal and site teams
- Support handover and possession coordination
- Ensure smooth customer journey from booking to possession
CRM Data Management
- Update CRM software and customer records
- Maintain accurate customer databases
- Prepare daily and weekly status reports
WHO SHOULD APPLY
This role is ideal if you are:
- Good at communication and coordination
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with customers
- Looking to grow in real estate operations and customer management
Preferred Profile:

- 03 years experience in CRM, customer service, back-office or real estate support
- Good English and Hindi communication skills
- Basic Excel and computer knowledge
- Ready to work in a fast-paced office environment
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
CTC Range: ?4 LPA ?6 LPA (Based on experience)
Includes fixed salary + performance incentives
