• Engage and convert leads to site visit.
• Pitch holiday home offerings effectively to HNI and mid-segment buyers
• Close high-ticket sales confidently and professionally
• Maintain follow-ups and nurture warm leads
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with CRM and marketing for seamless customer experience
• Report sales updates and market feedback to leadership

• 3+ years of experience in holiday home or timeshare/tourism sales
• Proven track record in high-value sales and target achievement
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Strong customer relationship management
