Role Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for end-to-end hiring for Nitro Commerce. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, including defining role requirements with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, managing interview processes, and driving offer negotiations. The specialist will design and execute hiring strategies for technology, product, and business functions, while maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future needs. Responsibilities also include enhancing employer branding initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes and tools, and ensuring an inclusive, positive candidate experience. The role will collaborate closely with leadership to align talent acquisition plans with business growth objectives and workforce planning.
