Product Manager - Data Privacy

Role : Product Manager - Data Privacy Location : Mountain View CA (Onsite)

Lead the cross functional effort to ideate and build the technology and ecosystem for data privacy solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry regulations.
You will contribute to the team with a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business (e.g., legal/regulatory, sales/revenue, finance, security) and a deep knowledge of our users and customers, including the data about how our customers engage with our products. You are expected to track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to Privacy.
You will be expected to have a solid understanding of the various business constraints. Additionally, you will need to have in-depth knowledge of our users, customers, and how they interact with our products.

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure our products adhere to global data protection laws and industry best practices.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer needs and business impact.
Monitor product performance and conduct ongoing analysis to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Continuously evaluate product fit/gap, process optimization, ascertain technical dependencies and maturity, do external benchmarking, and recommend options meeting the long-term vision.
Experience with Agile development and methodologies, hands on experience on Requirement Gathering, Elicitation, craft such as BRD, PRD, Use cases, Metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Overall 10+ years of experience and 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably within the technology or data privacy space
Strong understanding of data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) and other industry standards.
Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing support.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Skilled at cross functional collaboration; strong influencing and negotiating skills High energy, self-starter with a positive mindset.
