About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in semiconductor industry hiring to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering and technical talent across domains such as VLSI design, verification, physical design, emulation/prototyping, embedded software, and manufacturing operations.

You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in semiconductor design, verification, EDA, and manufacturing.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job portals, networking events, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates technical and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, metrics, and reports.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Stay updated on semiconductor industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 37 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in semiconductor/EDA/VLSI hiring.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor engineering roles and skill sets.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing niche technical talent through multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
