L2 It Support Engineer

L2 IT Support Engineer Requirements Should have worked in IT Support for 3 years to 6 years as L2 IT Support Engineer. Should have the hands-on experience in the following areas. o ITIL / ITSM process o Windows OS Image Creation and deployment o Patch Management Lifecycle using SCCM tools o Vulnerability Management o Application installation, and upgrade o Zero-day vulnerability support and patching process for applications, Windows OS o End user computing hardware and software asset support o Anti-virus updates, virus removal and protection o Windows Application Support, testing, deployment o Daily, weekly, monthly reporting of the support, vulnerability, patching, application status o Compliance tracking o Support Ticketing application Should have worked in a team and managing the L1 Support Engineers Should have excellent communication and customer handling skills and fluent in English language, both spoken and written Flexible to work in European time zone Responsibilities Manage and provide support on the following areas. o Windows OS Image Creation and deployment o Patch Management Lifecycle using SCCM tools o Vulnerability Management o Application installation, and upgrade o Zero-day vulnerability support and patching process for applications, Windows OS o End user computing hardware and software asset support o Anti-virus updates, virus removal and protection o Windows Application Support, testing, deployment Track, respond, manage and close the Support tickets within SLA time periods Ensure the SLAs and KPIs are maintained as per the requirements Daily, weekly, monthly reporting of the support, vulnerability, patching, application status Compliance tracking Coordinate and communicate with the Project Manager and other IT Department stakeholders on the ITSM process Location Pune, Work from Office Salary / CTC range INR 40,000 to 50,000 per month No of positions 3 resources
