Job Description
Salary: 5 LPA + Reimbursements + Lucrative Incentives
Experience: 2 to10 Years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Life Insurance sales by building and managing a team of advisors.
- Recruit, train, and develop commission-based agents.
- Supervise and monitor agent activity plans to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Conduct weekly Performance Review Programs (PRPs) and update the Sales MIS.
- Motivate and mentor agents through structured Career Progression Programs.
- Promote usage of CRM Agent Portal for better customer service and cross-selling.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred).
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Strong networking skills and knowledge of the local market.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
