Job Description
- As a Customer Service Representative at our company, you will be responsible for supervising assigned customer accounts and maintaining vital customer service with account representatives. Your role will involve accepting loads to McLeod via EDI electronic load tendering, confirming load information, and appointment schedules. Additionally, you will be expected to deliver on customer expectations by ensuring clear communication and tracking and tracing equipment to provide updates and estimated time of arrival to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned customer accounts
- Maintain vital customer service with account representatives
- Accept loads to McLeod via EDI electronic load tendering, confirm load information, and appointment schedules
- Clear EDI errors, review planning board, and request additional shipments for lanes/regions below capacity
- Track and trace equipment to provide customers with updates and ETA
- Work with planners and dispatchers to provide timely updates into TMS
- Address complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring service failures to designated departments for investigation
- Assist with any load-related issues at the shipper, receiver, product issues, overages, shortages, damages, rescheduling, etc.
Qualifications Required:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, and scheduling/software systems preferred
Company Additional Details:
