Solution Architect || Sr. Solution Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in data warehousing, database management, and cloud data platforms. The role involves designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise-grade data solutions, leading migration and integration initiatives, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing data environments. The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and infrastructure groups to drive data strategy and align solutions with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end data warehousing and database management solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Oracle, SQL Server).
  
• Develop scalable data models, ETL/ELT frameworks, and high-performance database architectures.
  
• Lead architectural reviews, define standards, and provide technical guidance to data engineering and analytics teams.
  
• Architect and oversee data migration initiatives from legacy to modern platforms and ensure data quality, lineage, and consistency.
  
• Optimize database performance, ensure robust security, and collaborate on HA/DR and scalability planning.
  
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate analytical and reporting requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Support governance, compliance, and enterprise data management frameworks.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1015 years in data architecture, data warehousing, and database management, including 5+ years in an architect-level role.
  
• Strong experience with cloud and on-prem data platforms, data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical), and database performance tuning.
  
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Alteryx, Azure Data Factory, dbt) and scripting languages (SQL, Python, Shell).
  
• Deep understanding of cloud data ecosystems, hybrid architectures, and data lake/warehouse integration.
  
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
  
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  
• Cloud certifications (Azure Data Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional Data Engineer).
