Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
Capex accounting
Capex procurement
Maintenance of asset register and capitalization records
Conduct Capex vs. Budget variance analysis and reporting
Verification and booking of vendor invoices; enlist and carry out 3rd party capex audits, as required
Expense accounting
Book operating and other expenses after ensuring:
Correct classification, GL mapping, and necessary approvals
Compliance with TDS, RCM, and budget guidelines
Review expenses to ensure alignment with planned budgets and flag deviations
Support month-end closing through accruals and provisioning

Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audit schedules, reports, and clarifications
Engage with business teams to drive timely and accurate expense recognition.
Knowledge / Education
CA with minimum of 2 years of experience
