Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform geotechnical analyses of soil samples and assess site conditions for construction and marine infrastructure projects.
- Analyse soil parameters and evaluate the stability of structures under normal and seismic conditions.
- Provide geotechnical input for dredging production planning and reclamation works.
- Verify and validate soil conditions during project execution.
- Prepare soil databases, geological models, and Geotechnical Interpretative Reports (GIR).
- Design, analyse, and recommend ground improvement solutions for structural support.
- Manage and supervise ground improvement works and site investigations.
- Review and approve geotechnical designs developed by third-party consultants.
- Lead field inspection activities, including silt monitoring and soil testing.
- Support tender evaluations, technical proposals, and project cost estimates.
- Ensure QA/QC compliance in design, data processing, and field activities.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Geotechnical, Geology, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in similar role and industry.
- Experience in dredging and civil marine projects is highly preferred.
